PROPOSED DAILY RHYTHM
Learn through winery life
A proposed weekday combines a morning briefing and a supervised seasonal learning session with afternoon observation, wine knowledge or cultural learning. Tasks, hours, rest days and access are agreed with the host; visitors do not replace winery staff.
PROPOSED ESTATE VISITS
Saint-Émilion and Margaux
Request a visit and tasting at Château Chauvin in Saint-Émilion and Château d’Issan in Margaux. These are existing visitor offerings; dates, transport and inclusion in this residency remain to be agreed.
WEEK 1
Orientation and vineyard foundations
Arrival, accommodation orientation, safety briefing, introduction to the host team and guided understanding of vineyards and the seasonal calendar.
WEEK 2
Cellar observation and wine appreciation
Explore the journey from vineyard to cellar through supervised observation and tasting education. Proposed estate visits are subject to reservation.
WEEK 3
Deepen seasonal understanding
Follow the seasonal programme in more depth, maintain a learning journal and discuss how vineyard decisions influence wine style.
WEEK 4
Consolidate learning and final review
Review the experience with the host, consolidate vineyard and cellar learning, and prepare a personal record of what was observed.

Proposed accommodation on a working winery estate. No room or residential agreement at Château Chauvin or Château d’Issan is confirmed.
QUOTATION
What your proposal will include
Proposed programme: arrival orientation, supervised vineyard and cellar learning sessions, wine appreciation, seasonal observation and weekly review. Final inclusions, meals, transfers and insurance must be itemised in the supplier quotation.
Flights, insurance, meals, transfers and optional excursions are not included unless confirmed in the final quotation.
Enquiry-only proposal, not a confirmed residential programme. Château Chauvin and Château d’Issan are proposed visit destinations, not confirmed residential hosts. Activities depend on the season, safety requirements and the host’s agreement. Employment, harvest work, qualifications and language lessons are not guaranteed.
